After health conditions and loosing ability in my left side I was in a poor mental state and desperately needed some active routine to not only keep me busy but help restore connection to my muscles again.. when meeting Louis he listened to all that I have been through with my health and took it all into consideration I felt comfortable and confident enough to start having pt sessions with him :) he has really helped me build up not only my strength in my muscles but also my confidence when it comes to being independent with my activity. He has always been helpful with knowing what my body needs with exercise and nutrition. For anyone who is looking for a pt I can confidently say Louis is a real bubbly guy who can and will listen to your personal goals and has amazing results, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

He'll take you through everything you need to know, give you goals that are achievable, and check up regularly to make sure you're progressing. Louis is a very determined PT He has helped me realise I am stronger than I thought and he really knows what he is speaking about, Food and exercise are a must and you will really see the scales change listening to Louis’s advice Has really set a milestone in the PT sessions that when you train on your own you can hear his advice, his willingness and willpower to help achieve and push in every exercise you do

My sister introduced me to Louis as I wasn't a gym person and had only just joined. I am 6ft 7 and of slim build so I wanted to put on some muscle but too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. I had louis as my personal trainer and have now noticed a positive change in my appearance. I am happy and now more confident with myself and happy to be able to continue with a regime on my own going forward. Louis pushed me much more than I would have done on my own and I definitely felt the aches. But all worth it 👌

After a lifetime of fad diets and joining then leaving gyms I found Louis, and thank god I did! Been 13 weeks of training so far and I feel the best I have ever felt both mentally and physically. I can now walk in the gym with confidence knowing what I’m doing instead of aimlessly looking around going on the treadmill and leaving 🤣 Louis also trains my son who is autistic and the way he connected to him and made him feel safe is unreal! If your after a pt then look no further Louis is your guy 💪🏼

Louis is an amazing personal trainer. For years I wanted to have a PT but I put it off due to confidence issues. When I contacted Louis I knew straight away that I would get the right support and help that I needed. I stayed with Louis for 12 weeks and I could definitely notice a change in both my fitness levels and the shape of my body. He pushed me past my limits and got me to do things that I never thought I could. I would tell myself that I couldn't do it , but Louis would always tell me that I could and then I did. He definitely gave me the confidence boost that I needed. During this time I was also going through a few personal issues and Louis was very supportive with everything. Not only has he helped me physically but has also helped me mentally and helped me pick myself back up. I would 100% recommend Louis , he is one amazing PT and you can also make a good friend. Trust his process.

Louis is the nicest, most knowledgeable and motivating pt you can have. He ensures you’re pushing yourself to the most you can while being cautious if you have any injuries, but is there for you every step of the way. He also shares his knowledge and helps you to understand why he showed certain exercises, why form is important and helps correct you if needed. He is so approachable if you ever get stuck and need a hand with your workouts and diet. I highly recommend him. Plus he’s a great laugh.

I was recommended to Louis from a family member to enquire about a PT, so I reached out to Louis. From the very beginning he really supported and motivated me to be confident in myself physically and mentally and in his sessions I felt in a way safe and in good hands. Outside of the gym his check up’s on you both personally and professionally in regards to diet, food prep, workouts and for me mostly was mental health are brilliant. I never would have thought my results would be as visible from as little as 12 weeks and I have confidence wearing different clothes and using gym equipment including weights on my own which I would never have done before. As well as the above outside of the gym, Louis also brings people together to take part in running clubs, marathons and tough mudder events which I wouldn’t have been able to do physically or mentally before working with him. I generally feel better in my day to day life and I have never known someone so commited and such a passion for their work like Louis.
